Philosophy: We believe that everyone has their own unique swing style that is based on their specific physical abilities. Through an effective screening process we are able to identify strengths, weakness and limitations that can affect golf technique and ultimately golf performance. Once we have identified a clients needs we are able to design golf specific training and coaching programs to provide the most effective and individualized coaching available. Education is also at the heart of Dynamic Motion Golf Performance. We believe that you are never done learning. Each training/coaching session is an opportunity growth, allowing us to build an even greater passion as coaches.
Golf Fitness and Training Philosophy
We are humans first and golfers second. First, we need to improve our joints ability to function and our bodies ability to move prior to being able to train for specific sport performance. Through injury, overuse, mis-use and dis-use our bodies and joints become dysfunctional. This dysfunction changes our bodies ability to move effectively and efficiently and greatly increases our risk for injury. Improving joint function and capacity will help to promote the greatest athletic potential. It is once function is regained that we can then begin to train for sport performance and improve our strength, power and speed.

This is why we require our clients to go through a movement screen and swing analysis prior to any golf coaching program. Our golf coaches can then effectively design instructional programs that will allow the client to reach their own unique potential. We believe that there are many ways to swing a golf club and we will help each client find the most effective style for their body.
