Shannon in knowledgeable, supportive and understands body mechanics and the golf swing to a high degree. We started with an assessment and it turns out there are certain basic golf movements that my body did not have the ability to perform properly. After working with Shannon weekly for a couple of months, along with some regular prescribed stretches, and a proper golf warm up routine, I now have significantly more mobility particularly in my hips, back and shoulders and am able to perform much better. I have found her to be very skilled at articulating how to adjust my swing and position my body so that I achieve a better result. She also uses technology very well so that I was able to see the issues I was having with my body position. Her background in kinesiology really is beneficial as are her people skills.
