Golf Fitness Drop-in Class
This class is designed to help you improve your overall fitness for golf. Golf performance classes are small group classes that focus on progressing through all aspects of golf fitness and movement. Learn how to improve mobility, joint resilience, movement mechanics, strength, power and balance. Exercise experience is recommended for this class.
