Shannon in knowledgeable, supportive and understands body mechanics and the golf swing to a high degree. We started with an assessment and it turns out there are certain basic golf movements that my body did not have the ability to perform properly. After working with Shannon weekly for a couple of months, along with some regular prescribed stretches, and a proper golf warm up routine, I now have significantly more mobility particularly in my hips, back and shoulders and am able to perform much better. Also we have worked on building in some basic movement patterns that were not coming naturally to me. Shannon also coordinates with Paul, and has taken the time to watch me during a lesson so that we are all on the same page. I am now able to find positions in my swing much easier than before. Shannon is always organized and on time, her facility is clean and has all the proper equipment. Heather S. | When I first started to train with Shannon, I had severe knee and lower back pain. Shannon quickly determined that improper knee alignment while exercising was one of the issues. It took several months but with retraining to proper knee positioning, the pain disappeared completely.  She next focused on strengthening my back and over a period of time, resolved that issue as well.  With Shannon’s guidance, I have lost weight and greatly improved my posture, strength and flexibility. Shannon’s qualifications alone are impressive. But her analytical skills along with the collaborative approach that she takes with chiropractors and nutritionists is what truly sets her apart from her peers. And she gets results!

I have found her to be very skilled at articulating how to adjust my swing and position my body so that I achieve a better result. She also uses technology very well so that I was able to see the issues I was having with my body position. Her background in kinesiology really is beneficial as are her people skills. She is fabulous!!
