Join golf mobility expert Shannon Heffernan and learn how to protect your back this season. You will learn the fundamental exercises and stretches that can help you reduce your risk of lower back stiffness and injury caused by the golf swing. You will also learn proper movement mechanics needed on the golf swing to take pressure off the lower back.

Hip Mobility Workshop

Is your hip tightness holding you back from playing your best golf? Join Golf Mobility Specialist and PGA of Canada Professional Shannon Heffernan for an in-depth hip mobility workshop to help you get the most out of your game. Hip mobility plays a crucial role in creating both a proper turn in the backswing and a proper sequence in the downswing. Limited hips can cause a lack of consistency and power as well as technical errors. By the end of the workshop you will have the tools to improve your hip mobility and strength specifically for golf.
